Our leadership development programme with a difference, specifically designed for Directors and senior managers in mid-sized and smaller companies who are ambitious for growth, or going through change.

The difference is that it covers not only leadership and management skills & techniques but also a broader range of business, commercial, and growth skills and knowledge essential in today’s world.

Run by Rachel Hannan, the content includes many of the things she learned while successfully scaling her own company. Combining best practice & thought leadership, with practical approaches and shared first-hand experience, it focuses on what’s really important in today’s challenging and changing business environment.
